Course Outline
The Cyber Security Program offers a structured 13-week curriculum that combines theory with practical application:
- Weeks 1-4: Engage in intensive, industry-led training covering key areas such as securing Microsoft O365 and Azure enterprise environments, developing incident response strategies, and the fundamentals of penetration testing.
- Weeks 5-13: A Yirigaa-sponsored immersive work-integrated learning project takes centre stage. During this period, students dive into real-world cybersecurity challenges, conducting vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence collection and analysis, and static and dynamic malware triage. The project phase also includes containment and remediation practices and testing scenarios in a simulated environment.
